POMMAROLA

This year, the Pommarola restaurant returns with a menu to suit all palates. Eat al fresco on the pool deck and enjoy the freshest ingredients the season has to offer, combined to create the most flavorful dishes you can imagine. Our menu offers light and indulgent options that will satisfy your lunchtime cravings, whilst lounging by the pool, overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean sea, and the magnificent Balluta Bay. Compliment your meal with a Spritz, one of our signature cocktails, or choose one of our wines to cool down in the heat.
BACO NOIR
Baco Noir is the hotel’s lounge -bar, open daily from early morning till late. Serving bespoke cocktails, exclusive teas and coffees, mouthwatering cakes, and an exquisite à la carte menu, Baco Noir is the perfect location for a business meeting or a remarkable dining experience. With a lovely terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea and Balluta Bay, dining is a feast for all the senses. Join us for lunch and experience the deep blues of the sky intertwining with the beautiful shades of the Mediterranean sea. At dusk, hues of pinks and violets adorn the sky, offering our guests a first-class seat to the magical sunsets Malta has to offer. Nighttime is magnificent with the lights from across the bay being reflected in the sea, creating a kaleidoscope of colors and setting the mood for a wonderful, peaceful dinner. For some afternoon chill, we have a happy hour on cocktails, daily between 18:00 and 20:00!
